New Champ Idea, George "King of Dumb Luck"

Hey League, New Champ Idea, His name is George, (name is flexible) and he is the King of Dumb luck.

Passive - I.K. what I'm Doing - he "deflects" all auto attacks or single target spells than come from enemy champs that he can't see or has seen for 1/2 a second, although any blast damage does hurt him (I.E. Ziggs's passive, and Jinx Q), but also has a 10% chance to hit himself with an auto attack.

Q - I.D.K. What I'm Doing - He has 50% more attack speed for 10 seconds (P.S. He should have really low attack speed to start with because he is a skinny guy with a Big Sword.

W - Running Jump - this is very close to Garens Q but instead of just hitting them and silencing them you have them movement speed then jump at them somewhere in the time frame of like 3 second, and you Don't silence them.

E - No Ideas

R - I tripped over a Rock - It's a Skill Shot where he "throws" his sword, and it does massive damage to the first person, and then moves to the next one loosing 15% of its damage. For 5 second after he throws his sword he has an extra 100% movement speed, but has -75% attack damage, until he retrieves his sword which will be on the ground like Olaf's Q.

He made it to league by winning a tournament with pour dumb luck, and has not a clue what he is doing.

Idea for the E. "Where am I?" could act like Quinn's W but it's a passive vision increase and when you activate it, it pings the location of enemies that was nearby, doesn't reveal or show movement, just a ping.

oh and vote if you like the champ or not. It might draw a bigger crowed that way.

I say his E should be "What's This?" , every 30 seconds, his item build is completely randomized.

No that would still make him impossible to play because the starter items and stuff are all at different prices. And would take a lot of coding for league, and also a lot of people wouldn't want to play a champ like that. And what would upgrading the spell do??
