Leader/Team Captain Role

Hi,

I think it would be cool to have a team captain in games that you can opt into. Perhaps there's a way to see who is most vocal etc or just have volunteers to be the leader in each game.

That would literally have 0 effect on games. People aren't going to listen to an arbitrarily assigned role that they had no input to.
