Title says what I'm suggesting. Would be nice to end games early if somebody FIRMLY leaves the game. And I don't understand why the reporting player options only have 4 categories when leaving is still such an issue.
Surrendering before twenty minutes isn't necessary all the time. Me and two of the people I play with had our bot lane lose connection 5 mins in game and we continued on. You wanna know what happened? They surrendered at 25 mins. I agree with your idea for leavers though, but they already punish for leaving a game.

**3there is more to the game than just the outcome **( if you have to ask what you wouldn't understand try just having fun playing and stop worrying about the outcome so much ...yes even in ranked .... if you still respond with "winning is everything:" well my earlier comment applies.
