UNIQUE Passive: Every subsequent ability (that differentiates from the last one) that hits a champion grants 4% movement speed for 4 seconds and deals 5% more damage, up to 12% movement speed and 15% more damage. If the same spell hits a champion 3 times it grants 10% movement speed for 4 seconds. (the movement speed from these 2 bonuses don't stack)
