I don't own any of the rights to the art of the skin. Just putting it here hoping that it can become real. It fits her perfectly and Jinx could use a new skin. They also have plenty of champs that can fit into the "commando" rotation.
Why not call it Special Forces Jinx? Gankplank could use another ally in the team.
Commando line of skins is Demacia champions only. She would need a different name to replace commando.
i think this would work better as like "rouge colonel jinx" or something and have another line to rival the commando line like the warden/marauder lines
