I've been playing League for about a year now, and I love it. I have found that the champion I do well with is Riven, so I always play her. I was just wondering if anyone had one of those two skins and would be willing to gift it to me for something that I have. If they were available I would buy them myself. But they aren't so that's why I'm coming here.
You're not able to trade skins. You can gift each other skins, but only skins that are currently in the store. In regards to Mystery Gifts, Championship Riven is not one of the skins you could potentially unlock. Since Dragonblade Riven is a legacy skin, there's a chance you could obtain it via Mystery Gifts.
You can't 'give' skins to each other. You can buy a skin for a person but you can't trade skins.

I feel for you bro, i wanted kitty kat katarina for 2 1/2 years before the finally started re-releasing legacy skins. I don't think championship skins will ever be released though due to the reason for their creation (to commemorate a championship.) I'm positive Dragonblade Riven will be re-released at some point in time though so just hang in there.
DB Riven can be bought around Lunar New Year, so probably sometime early next year again.
CS Riven will be rereleased some time from now.
