April Fools 2018 skin idea: Jhin Ross. (Update from reddit comments)

This is a edited version of my reddit post about the next april fools skins, for my concept of a "Jhin Ross" ( additional Credit for other ideas are in the comments)

Design: Jhins standard mask is the defining feature of him, so just leave it at that but otherwise make him the whole bob ross get up (Afro, blue shirt, blue jeans, what i assume would be brown dress shoes. still deciding what his gun should be cus its hard to design around that.) Kit: Q: is a miniature paint bucket that has a small paint trail as it bounces (would be super cool if it changes colors each cast but im fine with red) W: jhin swings a brush forward, and launches a line of paint (sorta hard to map this one out in my head but its a start.) E: he tosses painting palettes on the ground! (not sure about the flourish animation for them and the champ death yet.) [EDIT: a flourish of happy little trees :D] R: he pulls out a giant paint brush and shoots paint out of the brush end (gotta be a little wacky amiright?) just a brainstorm so feel free to offer anything that would make it great! (PS: adding a custom voice line about painting happy little trees would be AMAZING)
