Adding spice to league of legends: Custom Emotes!

Okay so i just stumbled upon this idea. I personally feel like custom emotes would add a lot more uniqueness to the emote system and open the door for people to showcase their artistic side. of course there are rules and parameters riot would have to implicate to remove the content that is NSFW, so here is how i think something like this would be implemented;

• price of custom emote would be around 975 - 1350 RP, and you can only buy 10 total per account.

• After purchase you are either prompted immediately with the editor tool, or you can choose to edit it in your collections on the emotes page

• The editor tool is similar to what you would see in call of duty where you get 30 layers and a list of images and stencils to use to make your own emote

• Once your emote is finished you save and submit it to a riot review team for one day.

• The review is to help scan fro any NSWF content, harsh language, racist remarks/slurs, etc...

• Once the emote passes review you will be notified and can then use your emote on the rift.

Remember guys these are just ballpark numbers and procedures. subject to change based on feedback, these are just my early ideas for what i think would be a wonderful addition to the game!
