[Skin Idea] Arcade Shaco
The arcade skin line feels incomplete to me, I mean we have Hecarim who is jungle/top (in this case Im going to give him top positioning), we have support and adc with MF and Sona, and we have Mid with final boss Veigar. Where in all of this is our jungler skin (again I know hec is meant for jungle but he is more and more a top laner now so I consider him a top now). Here is My proposition Arcade Shaco! It goes a little something like this.
Look and VO (note this part is gonna be heavy Final Fantasy Referencing): His look should have long Blonde hair done up in a ponytail (similar to yasuo's) with the part in the pony tail being all white and finishing blue at the tips. His face should be solid white with red makeup around the eyes with 3 spikes coming out (I will link a picture to the look I am trying to show here) and red lipstick. His shoulders instead of shaco's normal shoulder pads he should have a yellow colored cape with red stripes running around them and down the back part as well. His shirt should be white with little buttons going all down the middle while the sleeves should be 1 blue with a club symbol on it and 1 red with a heart symbol on it (by club and heart I am referring to the card suite symbols). His pants should be started like shorts that are red and then continuing down should be white with black stripes. Finally his shoes should be boots that are white at the cuffs but one is blue and the other red and white. His Daggers should be circular with a grip in the middle of the circle at the hilt with a gear like look to them (steampunk ish golden ring around the grip with red dots around it and another outer ring around the gold colored red with little spiky indents in it) the blade itself should protrude from one of the spike things on the outer ring and be pointed and red. For his voice it should be similar to normal but with slightly higher pitch and a more psychotic feel (once again I will link a video to the voice it should emulate). The recall could be Shaco Juglgling daggers with his clone until the clone drops one and disappears.
Spells/Abilities: Passive: Whenever Shaco hits a backstab maybe have a hysterical laugh. Q: When he disappears the smoke should be reddish purple and cloudy. W: His Jack in the Box should look similar to one of those pixelated treasure chests you would see in older games (like legend of zelda link to the past and final fantasy 5) and when popped should have a mimic pop out (I assume most people know what the traditional treasure chest mimic looks like) with the fear symbol being a little pixelated grim reaper :3. E: when he throws the dagger have a little pixel color trail follow it and when it hits have a little pixel explosion and have the poison show as little status effect next to their head (either using pokemon style words or final fantasy style picture things). R: have the same reddish purple hazy puff of smoke on appearance and have the clone be a more pixelated version of shaco (not extremely pixelated but just a slight bit more blurry) and when it dies have a giant colorful pixel explosion with the daggers flying everywhere and looking like they do with this skin.

Overall I just feel like this could be a perfect skin for a champion who has not had a skin since January 8, 2013 (which is when masked shaco was released) and would not only complete the arcade set but also pay homage to a great game game series by using reference to their villains Zorn, Thorn, and Kefka!
