HOTSEATS for game queues and for live games

I have had this idea forever. I have played MOBA since WCIII dota beta.

Leavers ruin games. People leaving the lobby make the lobby queues a very unplesant experience, not to mention you can often ban what you know others whant to play from the previous lobby.

The idea is hotseats.

Originally an IN game idea. If someone leaves or goes afk and they do not return (or possibly have a kick prompt) they can be replaced by a person waiting. It gets them to average level and average gold and assigns them a position. Its simple. Its less of a big deal as games run shorter now, but why not? You could even give the person bonus XP or maybe some BE for taking less of a game experience but being a team player. Figure out the average game, figure out how much or how little time is left.

After thinking about it this morning, why do we always REMAKE a lobby? Someone dodges, that's fine, just grab someone waiting either on fill or the role wanted. Why make everyone else requeue 2-3-5 times? I have literally waited over 20 minutes for a game before.

Just introduce hotseats. Its simple. You already have people, and roles. People can still see a dodge queue wait (or you could remove it and it would not matter? maybe?) and leaverbuster can still auto flag them.
