JUMP (HOT) SEAT suggestion

I have been playing MOBA since Dota Beta. One of the biggest things to kill the game are leavers / afk.

I would love to see one of these game genre step up with a 'jump seat' option.

If a player leaves. A person in queue to play, can join that game. It could average every ones cash and level, assigning it to that person.

Normally I'd say they would get a 'nominal' amount of IP for playing less than a full game but why not reward them full IP, they are after all saving everyone's game. In case that leaver trolled and bought a bunch of garbage or sold all his stuff, it would have to be an average of everyone's gold in game to make it fair.

As far as what character that person would play is a good question. It could be a fun way to introduce a player to a new character (you the leaver's character) or they could pick, with a brief preview of who is already in game.

With the observation mode taking only a few minutes to load on some faster pc's and connections this could be a very cool feature.

While I would love to see a much better tier / rank when you join random pubs and the availability to kick.... this could be an amazing feature that no one else has done.

Imagine kicking a troller. His account is flagged. You get a new person. Or they leave and in jumps a new team member to help.
