I know yorick is trash in this meta .and he's been under rework stage but how can u delay urgot I mean he is one of unique champion in entire game one and only adc tank and a great counter pick !

When did they ever "delay" Urgot? He hasn't been slotted as an official update, since like ever. This page https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202294884-Champion-Update-Schedule always shows who has been up next and he's never been on it.
Urgot is already playable. He's actually quite strong. He just has weaknesses that are easy to take advantage of. But good Urgot players can cover a good deal for those weaknesses. That's why some people get to master tier playing as much Urgot as possible.
