Yes.
You do know a Garena team actually won worlds right? Taipei Assassins won it back in 2012. AHQ have been a World participant for a while now and have always looked decent during Worlds. Bangkok Titans were apart of Worlds back in 2015, and Saigon Jokers had a good showing during the 2012 World Championship.
