Will Ekko's Skin be on sale?

So i saved 1900 Rp and I've been wondering this for the longest. Will i be able to purchase ekko and his skin? If it's not enough i'll just purchase more.

Most champ launches include the champ and skin in a bundle for a discounted rate, you should be fine.

The bundle for the champion and the skin is 1462 RP. The skin is 975 RP and will not be discounted.
