Passive - Syringe Gun : Every 10 seconds, empower your next basic attack to either deal *Flat(+4/6/8/10% AP) magic damage over 5 seconds, or heal a target allied champion by the same amount over 5 seconds(can only target an ally on passive proc, and does not deal the AD at all).

Q - Static Syringe : Next Basic attack deals *Flat(+10% AP) magic damage on hit dealing half that to 4 bonus targets. If used on an ally, it will instead heal for that amount instantly, but won't effect surrounding units. Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of this ability by 1. Cost 50/55/60/65/70 mana /// CD 18/16/14/12/10

W - CLEAR! : Heals target allied champion by *Flat(+50% AP), removes cc and transfers 50% of Eric's BONUS movespeed to the target. When cast on Eric, heals for half amount and removes cc, but grants no movespeed. Cost 60/70/80/90/100 mana /// CD 20 /// range 125(melee range ability)

E - Static Shield : Passive - Charges a health shield by moving, staking upto 500(like shiv or luden's, but times five). Can only be cast when at full charge. Active - Grants you or a nearby ally a static shield, increasing MR by *Flat(+10% AP) and dealing damage to enemies on basic attack by 30/35/40/45/50% of the damage dealt(does not reflect the damage, but merely damages back) as magic damage. Cost 60/65/70/75/80 mana /// CD dependent on the charge of the shield /// range 200

R - CPR : Within 5 second of an ally dying, Eric can preform CPR, a 2 second channel that revives the ally at 30/50/70% health and heals *Flat(+30% AP) to other allies within 250 radius of the Patient. Cost 100/150/200 mana /// CD 180/150/120 /// Range 125(melee range ability)
