I give it a 9/10. it looks like her face was a bit pulled towards her hair curl, and her eyes look like they're a bit too deep in her head. Other than that it's very nice!

the hair doesnt have any depth to it. it feels blocky because the brush you used is the same size as the brush used on her clothing. consider using a finer brush and brushing in each piece of hair and then darkening it based on the position and lighting.

the face has some depth, but the character's features look unnatural.

the clothing seems unfinished.

still pretty good, but it can be better.
