Zyra plant spawns as champion

Zyra's plant appeared as a champion and although it says it can be sold for 0g, selling it would not remove it and it could not be placed into the game.

Yeah and also didn't disappear after her death (as it should be right?)

Just had this happen as well, twice. The first time it happened i was able to sell the plant, but it happened again in the next fight and I was unable to sell it after that. it could be put onto the board in place of a unit but would not attack anything.

for me, Zyra's plants stay up after she dies and if they kill my last champ it is considered a win for the enemy

Happened to me when i sold a champ after winning with zyra plants still up, it's super irritating to lose a bench slot.
