Will there be oneday that we could sale our old skins?

i have some champions that already had all the skins and some are old and ugly(if there is new skins coming out) so i dont use them anymore so i wish if riot could let us sale thoes skins even with half price of the origenal :p

no because some skins you could get for free like following lol on twitter, liking lol on facebook or subscribing on youtube, that's gonna be a lot of free RP farming then if you could sale skins.

perhaps you could trade skins for one that is the same price but saleing it?.... 99.999999999999% not gonna happen
