Kindred locked since nov11

i unlocked kindred couple weekes ago with 7800ip when she first realesed, but after the new patch released out it says my kindred is locked which mean i had to spend another 6300 to unlock it,i even got lvl2 strider on kindred i swear i didint get that lvl2 in free champ week, i owned every othere champs expect kindred and i still have 7780ip on my account anybody eles got the same issue as me?
