Angel! The guitar hero!

Ok so I had a long backstory typed up but i accidentally erased it all. So I'm just gonna leave you all with the basics for now. .-. his weapon is a guitar. He's an inventor who aspired to be like Heimerdinger. He's from Zuan. His name is angel.

Ability overlook:

His passive marks a target for 2 seconds. During this time the first ability used on the target consumes the mark and deals the normal damage as AoE damage to all enemies or enemy buildings in the radius of effect. Buildings take half damage from this.

His Q is a cone shaped silence that lasts for a few seconds.

His W is a spin where he uses his guitar to knock all surrounding enemies away a short distance.

His E is an AoE stun to all enemies around him

and his R boosts HIS AD/AP ratios, increases his cooldown reduction, and increases his movement speed.

I've even come up with a death animation in which one of his Chords break (symbolic of the sisters of fate cutting his life thread) and h falls down dead.

His recall/teleport animation is a giant spotlight on him as he shreds his guitar

AND to top it off I even prepared some sample jokes.

To any robot or machine-like skin: "I'll show you heavy metal!"

To malphite: "Now I see the true meaning behind ROCK n ROLL!"

To female champions: "Oh look! Another groupie!"

when ulted by Nami: "That's what I call crowd surfing!"

and finally when on a team with DJ sona or any of the pentakill skins the game begins with him saying "Let's get this party started!"

Soooo... What do you all think? Could you see this as a real champion of the fields of justice?
