One would be Noxian Garen, from an alternate timeline where Garen succumbs to temptation from Katarina and joins the Noxian army.
And the other is Demacian Katarina, from a separate alternate timeline where Katarina decides to repent for her sins and join Demacia and Garen.
Neither Garen nor Katarina need more skins.

id like to see a garen skin, but the opposite thing is a bit boring and unimaginative. garen kindof already has a couple of "what if he was noxian" skins with dreadknight and mabye sanguine.
id rather see valentines skins for them. like tango garen, and tango katarina or something similar.
also, just because hed go for kat doesnt mean hed join noxus. going as far as leaving the army, climbing mount targon, maybe. but hed never betray his homeland and join up with the enemy to fight against his family and friends.
Since when is Katarina tempted by Garen and since when Garen who nearly killed her so many times and was stopped at the last moment is tempted by her? Some people really make no sense and don't got with that what blizcrank said logic... facepalm
