Kai, Sorcerer of the Fist
Passive - Unstable Magic : Has increased Mana regen. Every 60/50/40/30 seconds(static),~~ 20%~~ 10% of Kai's current mana is "released", dealing Flat(+10% AP + mana cost) magic damage in a radius around him. The cooldown of this release is reduced by 1 second for every hit(basic attack or ability) he sustains(will not proc redution for the first five seconds after a release). This ability lvl increases at lvl 1/6/11/16 Edit: This ability will pause on CD after 3 seconds Out Of Combat, retaining the seconds left on it's timer, and increasing said seconds left by one for every 3 more seconds O.O.C., up to the max CD.
Q - Missile Fist : Kai winds up his next basic attack, gaining in strength and innate splash over 1.5 seconds. On second cast, launches a magic missile fist at target location, losing damage and innate slash the further it travels. dealing up to Flat x 3(+60% AD x 3, and 60% AP x 3) physical damage at pointblank after 1.5 seconds of wind up, and down to Flat x 1/2(+60% AD x 1/2, and 60% AP x 1/2) physical damage at max range with a wind up of less than .5 seconds. (basically, add a multiplier of one for each .5 seconds of wind up, and deal half damage and radius at max range. Also counts as a BA, applying on hits, but spell blade and hydra effects are only applied once, prioritizing a champion inside the radius of the attack, but does not apply any on spells.) Cost 60/70/80/90/100 mana /// CD 10/9/8/7/6 (after second cast) /// Range is 300 (natural radius is 50, gaining multipliers and reductions as the damage does stated above).
W - Mystic Fist : Empowers your next BA, or Missile Fist to deal Flat(+50% AP) bonus magic damage (is not effected by the time/range based scalings of Missile Fist). Cost 50/55/60/65/70 mana /// CD 10 seconds (after the "buff" is consumed, like a spell blade might)
E - Leap Slam : Leap to a location nearest to your cursor and punch the ground with your magic infused fist dealing Flat(60% AP) magic damage, slightly knocking away enemies from the center of the slam. Cost 70/75/80/85/90 mana /// CD 20 seconds /// Range is 250 /// Radius of melee range(will change if melee range increases)
R - Arcane Palm : Passive ; Kai hits with an open palm, granting +10/20/30 melee range(as a little magic pulse fires from the center of his palm attacks), as well as gaing 5/10/15(+5/10/15% AP) bonus magic damage per hit. Active ; Kai dashes to a target Champion, dealing Flat(+50% AD, and 50% AP) Magic damage, knocking them back 200 units and slowing them by 30/50/70% for .5 seconds. If the target was knocked into a wall, they are instead stunned for .5 seconds, and take 8/12/16% of their current health as physical damage. Passive (cannot be turned off) Costs 3% current mana per hit /// Cost 30/40/50% current mana (min of 80/120/160) /// Range melee(naturally 125) + 55

What do y'all think. I like the idea of a melee mage of sorts, and I'd love to see at least his passive get used on some bruiser/kinda assassin champ at some point down the road.
