A true veigar support (support build not full ap ) :D . So as always I like to play something different and I had an idea to play veigar support and build relic shield and I build it so I could stack and wouldn't take adc's farm ^ . I suggest you to try it :) . I got couple of offmeta supports that work and is fun to play ( and u can play them if you get autofilled ) hope you like it guys :)
I've done this a few times and it works decently. Since you can zone the bot lane opponents away from each other it makes for easy poke/engage. I haven't watched your video yet (on my phone data) but for anyone looking to try this I recommend not pushing lane at all. Play no further than the start of the river in your lane since once you've used your stun you have no means of peeling.

i tried bot lane veigar some time ago but people just bitch instead of playing with what they have same with bot lane nasus they expect you to do solo lane damage when you can only stack when relic sheild is up

I prefer spell thief though and stacking my Q on champions for harass since it also gives AP, just not as much :3
