Braum top can work. I've done it. Wouldn't do it in ranked but I have done it several times in normals and won lane and usually the game.

Heck one time I had to play mid braum due to miscommunication by our team in champ select against zed and won. Braum's pretty good.

I love attack speed braum top. I go trinity (for rage and mana and attack speed)>shyv (waveclear)>IE (Better crits)>PD (Stick to targets better)>other item
