Champion design concept idea, charge based casting.

You know how some champions have abilities with charges? Then it should be possible to have a champion that uses charges instead of mana. The champion gains charges over time and has a maximum ammount of charges they can store.

Every basic ability uses 1 charge and they all have exeptionally low cooldowns. The champion should be limited by the number of charges they have and how quikly they regain charges, not by the cooldowns of the abilities. This would make it possible to make a champion that can use 1 ability multiple times instead of using several different abilities. This could make the champion difficult to design, but some of the abilities could potentialy be limited by having the ability gain a longer cooldown when used consecutively.

It would also be possible to make two different champions with this concept by having one champion be designed with a charge regain, like Teemo shrooms or Caitlyn traps, and one champion designed with charge reload, like Graves or Jhin has for their basic attacks.

I don't realy have any specific good ideas for how these champions could be designed, but the concept should be interesting.
