Skin Concept (No Art) Champion : Nautilus

This would possibly be a legendary skin, just due to the weapon, unless there is another weapon ya'll can think of that would make it a 1350/975 skin.

The concept is : JuggerNautilus, or Riot Nautilus (Though I could totally see a Juggernaut Braum skin*but he did just come out)

I thought his weapon could be a shield. He could still do similar interactions with the shield as he does his anchor. Like the whole "Sometimes, I think this ... just weighs me down". Also because he is a tank, it would fit with his role. His bulkiness would also flow with the idea, he is fairly large, and has a big helmet similar too a bomb disposal unit as well.

Color Scheme could follow the Riot Singed colors : Black and Orange. Or could be Blue, and Black and the other Riot skins. (Blitzcrank, Kayle)

Quotes could follow Police codes that resemble real life calls like, "Code 10-53" when he is killed.

Voice could be like his Astro skins, where it sounds like it is coming through a radio, being that he is in an armored suit.
