Dynamic Queue vs Old Queue when hovering over champions.

During blind pick and also the old Queue you where able to hover over champions and figure out their names and who they are and see their abilities. With the new dynamic Queue this is not possible and I recently came back so there are new characters and new character images i do not know so I cant really look them up either until after they are picked. This happens in normal draft and ranked draft.
