Welcome back! bringing you a Rework for Wukong!

The idea behind is rework was too bring live to Wukong's destined role of the Anti-AD / AD burst Assassin.

A character who has both plenty of movement and trickery at his disposal as damage and play making ability.

Attached as always is a video I make for my reworks; please give it a look if you want my full opinion and rundown of the rework; also to support a fellow creator.

Ability Passive: Shimon Diverison

  • Wukong gains the ability to manipulate the energies around him, creating after images of himself to trick his foes

within this effect, every ability Wukong channels will provide him more energy capping at a max meter of 2

  • the second ability Wukong uses will be stored, and released after Wukong uses a third and final ability, which will channel an afterimage of Wukong performing the stored ability

  • passive has a small cool down

  • Abilities will be directed in the last direction Wukong was facing when casting his third ability; damage abilities will still

deal slight damage, 60% of total damage of current ability

Ability I: Monkey Style 2 part mechanic

1st part: Wukong thrusts his enchanted staff forward, dealing physical damage to all targets; if this skill-shot does not hit any enemy champions, this ability will begin to slowly charge for the second portion of monkey style

  • If the 1st mechanic hits a enemy champion however, during the charge section; Wukong gains bonus attack speed +will spin his staff in front of him, deflecting all forms of basic attacks back towards their caster: works against minions and champions

2nd part: second active channels a direction skill-shot *think Yasuo Q; Wukong slams his staff down at target location, dealing damage to all targets; procing armor pen % effecting enemy champions

Ability II: Cloned Dexterity Passive effect: Wukong is granted passive bonus armor based on the active amount of after-images Wukong has up and in proximity range ( within 625 range )

Active effect: Wukong manifests after-images around him, total images: 3-6 per Lvl

  • each after-image will path outwards; designed too move similar to Wukong

  • during the first few seconds Wukong will be stealth, gains the ability to reactivate cloned dexterity as a clickable ability; swapping places with a clone of Wu’s choice

  • When one of Wukong's clones are damaged; they will stop moving + will spin around once dealing magic damage before vanishing

Ability III: Pole Vault

  • Wukong spears his staff into the ground lifting himself into the air above

  • Wukong can use pole vaulting to traverse the rift; using this ability to move over walls and obstacles placed in front of him

  • during the animation, Wukong is un-targetable by basic attacks and damaging skill-shots; but can still be effected by

non linear crowd control abilities

Example: Vi ultimate - not effective *click on

Example: Malphite ultimate - effective *Aoe

  • Wukong can use pole vaulting too leap off of enemy champions, dealing slight damage to them, as well slowing the target for x amount of seconds

  • Vaulting distance: 350 to 650, determined by level as well as leaping off of enemy champions increases distance (+ 75-145)

Ability IV: Staff Cyclone

  • Wukong channels his inner power; creating a whipping cyclone from his swirling staff

  • the spinning animation deals consistent physical damage to all targets caught inside

  • damaging enemy champions will grant Wukong bonus movement speed, scaling with x amount of champions effected

  • hidden effect: If Wukong uses pole vaulting in sequence with Staff cyclone, he will activate his ultimate on his descend; causing a knock-up effect on all targets

  • targets hit with consistent cyclone damage will be continuously juggled into the air for a max total of 4 seconds

*if target is dropped from the knock-up for even 1 second, the juggle will cancel

Let me know what everyone thinks!

This has more trickery than Leblanc... and leblanc is supposed to be a trickster.
