TO RIOTERS.

so, i wanted to know if there is any way that, skin/champion concepts are considered in a way of making it and live. dont know hot to explain it really my english is not that good and i am really tired haha :/ anyways, thats it, is there any possibility that the concepts can be taken in consideration and in a future released?
