What if... they are waiting to release the blood moon skins until the ultimate skin is finished because the ultimate skin is a blood moon skin? "Blood Moon Zed" a skin that transforms the more kills you get?

I think that Blood Moon Thresh & Elise will probably be released during lunar revel :p
