So I just submitted my NA all-star votes, and I clicked lock in/submit button when I finished, but I only did that because the website seems to be very laggy and kept losing my votes when I started doing other regions. Now I can't vote for any other region, it just takes me to the results. Rito halp
Once you've locked in your votes, you can't vote anymore no matter what region. You should have voted for all regions from the start before locking in.
Reload and try again the second time was the charm.

Not to mention I didnt get the icon it promised me T_T

happened to me too.I cant vote for other regions and i cant get the Icon cause i didint vote for all regions :(
