Well, I've been thinking... Riot Games needs to make Garen more fun and easier to use. I've always thought Darius was Garen's equal, and Darius's ult has true damage and no cool down (when it kills someone). So, all I have in mind at the moment is making Garen's ult have true damage and increasing his price (i.e. 1350RP/IP). He's obviously a strong top-laner, and I think he's worth much more than 450IP. Let's try to make him a little more as OP as Darius!
There's plenty of options regarding a Garen rework but it's not needed.
Personally I always wanted his ult to be a dash --> execution ult.
The only thing Garen's players want is for his Ult to have a reasonable cooldown.
The rest is fine. He is UP but so is 80% of the cast. It is not like you cant win Solo-Que with him (Or any other champ) anyway.
Incorporate the flip he used to do on his q into his ult and make the ult a ranged gap closing aoe as he does a quadrouple frontflip through the air and crushes all the enemies of demacia. aka make the coolest looking ability in the game look even better. :^)
