Hextech idea for moving portraits on loading screen.

Okay so i was on surrenderat20 and i was looking over the PBE patch notes and i came across the new skins, Ashe has her login music up, the video linked on this post. And i came to thinking again after the millionth time "why do we still not have moving loading cards? I would pay for that!" Then it hit me hard.

Seriously we would pay for this, like, not on top of the skin sale but as a secondary thing. To be like "look at this, i love this skin, i love this character". Then i remembered this would also be great to add to the crafting system after i seen the new crafting options that are coming in the next update (look at this link -). So why can't we have this added also to either paid version in store, or to the chests for certain level skins. Of course ultimate and maybe legendary skins should just automaticly come with it. But with a small price difference maybe 200-250RP each i would certainly fork over for an animated loading card.

Oh you can even take it this way - Make it a part of Mastery. Make the next Mastery give you this as a reward for reaching it. I guess it would take time to animate all the skins though but i guess it would be worth it in the end.
