Sewn Chaos Annie

Well I was thinking of Annie when this skin popped into my head. A sewn chaos Annie like Orianna's skin. Annie could look like the Raggedy Ann(ie) and Tibbers could be stitched up, patches and buttons bear with a dark color scheme. The particle affects would be based around pins and needles with her Q being a pin cushion maybe that would explode, her W would be a shower of needles, her E would be a swirl of patch cloth that, every time it would be hit, flare up with little needles. Finally her R would be an explosion of needles around Tibbers. I just wanted to get this out there before I forgot and give me your thoughts on it :3
