No much numbers here just ability descriptions.

Passive: War dance After any combination of 3 actions (AA or abilities) your next basic attack will deal armour and MR as bonus mix damage and stun target for 0.5 sec

Q: Starforged Spear(Skillshot) 800 range Pantheon throws his spear with incredible force piercing through all enemies on his path losing spear in process.

W: Combat roll (2 charges) 300 range Rolls in targeted direction than blocks next incoming damage.

E: Skyforge 800 range Pantheon summons spear from havens to fall on targeted location after 0.5 sec delay damaging all enemies in impact area. Pantheon can pick these spears reseting Q cooldown in process.

R: Unchanged

So, you're removing his only CC? Without CC, you'd have to completely change his scaling to make up for it.

Though, I like the idea of him picking up spears lying around to constantly throw spears. But mana usage on these abilities would be hard to manage. Best way would be for E to cost a significant amount of mana, but when he picks up a Spear, its free to use the Q.

With his mana usage front-loaded to the E, he has to decide when to invest and go in and this becomes his power spike, allowing for a great spot for counter play.
