[New Champion Concept] Felix the Night Light

Flying fairy like Yordle that uses lantern to attack enemies firing fireflies.

passive: Follow the Lights While in jungle you and allies can collect little lights that restore 3% Max HP and gain 20% MS for 1 sec. Additionally Felix will gain 1 AP per light collected. Lights apear in patern on map. They will appear on same place every 20 sec. Enemies just scare lights away.

Q: Seekers Light 13/12/11/10/9 sec cooldown 60 mana Throws ball of sparkling light at target location dealin 3% max HP + 20% AP as magic damage to enemies and heals same amount to allies in medium area. Ball can be destroyed and will stay at location for 3 sec providing vision taunting enemy minions and monsters forcing them to attack her.

W: Hide and seek 18/17.5/17/16.5/16 sec cooldown 80 mana Applies stealth on himself and targeted ally for 2 sec. If ally or Felix attack or cast spell stealth will break on both champions.

E: Sleepy head (Skillshot) 10 sec cooldown 70 mana Fires fairy dust projectile in target direction dealing 50/60/70/80/90 + 30% AP magic damage and heavy slow (90%) first enemy champion or large monster it hits for 1.5 sec.

R: Peakaboo 60 sec cooldown 100 mana All friendly units around Felix including himself will completely disappear for 1 sec.

this is such a cute concept I really like it, I feel as if his ult has so much potential, but otherwise ughhhh the concept is so cute!!

I actually really like the idea of a minion taunt since it will enable trades into larger minion waves. Could be really useful in lanes without priority.

my only issue is the ult... taric already provides area invulnerability as well as kindred. otherwise interesting concept... i could see a longer stealth that doesnt negate dmg... forcing a team to have a TF would be intriguing. certainly shake up things. i also think the passive needs a CD per champion or some form of scale in place for the light gathering concept. 3% can be a lot. especially if too many are on the board... Also, would these lights be usable by enemies too? or hurt enemies/reveal enemies... just some thoughts.

Interesting concept but I feel like the cooldowns on the basic abilities are too long for a jungle/support champion, at least at the early ranks anyways. Maybe shaving 3 seconds off of them would make them better and more reasonable, at least to me anyways.
