Petition for a Mystic Knight/Spellsword/Battlemage

I really feel like we haven't seen an actual Mystic Knight/Spellsword yet. It's one thing to be a character with one ability or passive that enhances your auto attacks with your ap every once in a while. But I'm talking about a swordsman who centers around using magic to constantly apply various effects to their weapon, along with one or two actual attacking spells.

Upvote if you'd like to see a character like this. Doesn't have to be a hybrid to get the job done imo.
