The Next Ascensed?

Whoops! Ascended, sorry about that.

So with the release of Taliyah coming soon and all the Shurima lore I've been reading up on. I got to thinking, when will we see a new ascended champion? And what will he/she be when they are released, if they are released at all?

Now it's obvious that they won't release another Shurima (let alone a ascended one) character any time soon now, especially since everyone wants that Jungle Yordle. But I'd thought it'd be fun to talk about nonetheless.

Now from what I've gathered, there is a few more Egyptian gods that Riot could possibly mess with. But there are more that would probably not be touch.

Toth and Seth would be at the bottom of the list (mine anyway), because they already look too similar to Azir and Nasus, Toth more than Seth, since Seth is more crane-like than hawk.

Khnum would be the next lowest. He is more unique, but he does bares resemblance to Alistar.

Now Sakhmet and Ma'at are ones I'm really interested in. As it would be really cool to see a female Ascended champion. Ma'at the most. I image a mix of the Harpie Lady from Yu-Gi-Oh and the Tooth Fairy from Rise of the Guardians. Now Riot shouldn't just release a female Ascended just for the sake of having one, but with how much thought they've been putting into their champions. I have faith that it'd be a good, if not a great one.

Last is Khepri. I saved this one for last, because he already exists in Smite, but would be cool to see if Riot could make theirs just as unique. Plus it'd be awesome in general to see a humanoid scarab beetle.

What are you guys'/gals' thoughts? What would you like to see next? I (personally) am more lenient towards Ma'at or Sakhmet, but I'd love to know what you think.
