A 'Few' skins and a champion Idea a thrown together in a compilation.
(These will ordered by skin line then they'll just be a few one offs.)
*Quarter Back Azir! Probably a 1350 skin, changes autos to footballs and summons other players to tackle enemies, also R will be a line of defensive men blocking enemy paths
*Baseball star Garen and Kayle! 750 or 520. Garen and Kayle get bats to constantly swing at enemies and changes the each sound effect for each auto to hitting a bat with maybe changing few charecter lines to match the theme. Also Kayle's ranged autos turn into baseballs.
*Olympic Sion. 975 or 750 depending on how good it might turnout. He turns into a amazing runner with no need for axes and war ever to come into his life. Q would be him just kicking, W would be him drinking some water and creating a sheild, E would spit water, and his R seems pretty obvious.. hehheeheh..
*Boom Boom Ezreal. (Or any ADC really.) 975 or 1350. All Skill shots and autos turn into flaming punches with his Arcane shift making him disappear then reappear in the spot he wanted to go (like he ran so fast nobody saw it). Also, Kyle Hebert voices Ryu and the narrator from DBZ so you can probably try to do something silly there heheh...
*El (Puma) Mundo! (This has been drawn to better explain the point.) 950 or 750. Speeding in a speedo and flaming color choice is El Mundo, throwing chairs and running around like a mad man. If possible adding a few lines will make this skin test who really is the manliest league champion not counting Draven, cause that isn't fair.
You could combo these with Lil' slugger Trundle, El Tigre Braum and the Soccer skins with the Golden Goal ward and Hat trick icon for an epic sports skin pack.
*Computer Virus Blitzcrank. (This has been drawn to better explain the point.) For 1350 rocket-grab one of his greatest skins, switching his hook to a glowling ghost like corruption of a hand and fly around in his cyber jet-pack (that will leave around a small trail of harmless data) and glowing red neon fists and of course Tesla coils on his back.
*Malware Singed.(This has been drawn to better explain the point but it's unfinshed.) 975 (but worth 1350 cause he deserves it,) RP. Singed Really needs a few skins let's be real here. Only 4 normal skins and he's been here since beta? We gotta fix that. Bring him the skin he needs with red corruptions flying off to poison the enemy fling them through the matrix and back and slow with them with some 1337 H4X0RS that leave the enemy in literal shock. And drinking his insanity potion will turn himself into the ultimate virus that corrupts his mode into a glowing pile of data that deletes everything around him.
This theme will also work with Twitch, Skarner, Malzahar, and Karthus but they already got skins this year.
*Anti Veigar and Anti Amumu. 1350 or 1850 RP for each. One is an evil war-crazed maniac with dark magics and the other is a small lovable but sadly lonely little man who loves everyone back. Yep, something just doesn't seem right when you turn a sad mummy into the worst creature to ever live (forgeting Teemo,) and making Veigar a happy-go-lucky Lulu like mage with the same voice actors of course! And if you want to hide Veigar's and Amumu's face still, cover Amumu in dark magics like Veigar, and put Veigar in a heart shaped suit. And their particles will have to be what you least expect so pink hearts everywhere with Veigar. And if possible try to slip in on every spell things that will represent their personality, so "I'm sorry! My hand probably slipped!" will fit nicely!
*Plasma Kennen and Xerath! 975 or 1350. Basically Tesla coils the skin. Copper Coils EVERYWHERE with plasma discharging every second or two. All Spells are given a purplish violent glow as well with the models ( which, are basically copper robots controlled by electricity and given glass helmets, sorta like plasma balls! ).

*Rune Robot Nautilus ( Hextech on drugs, I might not finish it but if you guys do this yourself it's supposed to change his aura around him depending on his last action like Udyr all being magic-ish like colours with a stone and brass theme going on.)
*Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Thresh. (I just finished TTGL in november and I regret not watching it earlier. And hell the whole reason I watched it was because you guys! So if you can try to lower down the fanboy in me and make it sorta like Super Galaxy Rumble and tone it down.. xD)
*Arcade Singed ( One word. RAAAAAAAINNNNBOWSSS! )
*Mustached man Nunu (It's a Poro, It's Braum! It's... both? And you gotta bring the Braum voice actor in this one I MEAN COME ON. )
*Mini Viktor Heimerdinger! (turn that 'Dingr' upside-Donger and make him into the creator of something beautiful! I've worked a bit on a rough Mini Viktor Heimerdinger in that pile of art.)
*Augmented Ezreal/Varus (Same thing with Boom Boom but instead with lasers and a battlecast feel, as these are cyborgs of Viktor he'll use in the alternate universe.)
*Bird Watcher Viktor (A downgrade is in order for Viktor. Why? Because OWLS. He's fallen in love with owls and turned himself into the perfect owl like machine with everything being replaced with mechanical or actual owls. Gravity field? Bunch of owls flapping into one spot. Chaos storm? MORE OWLS! The single greatest/worst skin ever.)
*The Amazing/Cannon ball Ziggs ( Ziggs turns into the single best entertainer in Runeterra and plans to show off his skills by juggling bombs, throwing them and preforming death defying acts.)
A champion I have no Idea what to name! I'll just call her Crystal right now cause honestly I can't come up with something better.
Lore. Crystal was one of the few miners for the small Bandle city but she was ever so skilled, with the gift of her family's Omni-drill she can to drill right through the hardest of minerals with the slightest of ease. Not many yordle's had any advantages at all, for the mines are dangerous and almost certain to kill anyone who dares enter them, but she had to learn at a young age to survive at all which made her one of the most skilled miners to ever live which gave her some recognition in this small Yordle community and Rumble knew that. One day Rumble over heard a transmission from Piltover about Heimerdinger and a team researching about a strange magical field in a mine close to Piltover. Rumble decided to jump on it and try to get there before Heimerdinger's team could. With the aid of Ziggs and Crystal they examined each of the mines with her guide and Ziggs taking samples of the rock formations. Until they found the jackpot, a whole cave filled with large crystals of each color for miles. Ziggs being the person he is jumped on it with the least of care throwing whatever bombs he had remaining. Rumble worried and looking for shelter runs away and Ziggs still chucking bombs. Crystal yells at Ziggs to stop, but he seemed mesmerized in the crystals. Pushing him out of the way, the fuses burnt out with explosives going off in the background. Ziggs regains consciousness and starts running, while Crystal gets trapped behind them with the only exit filling up with rocks. She carved a path quickly trying to escape but to no use, some the crystals started to glow a violent blue due to the reaction of the bombs and dust, particles, and Crystal herself was being violently attracted to the many crystal clusters being stuck in the rapidly forming crystals around her encasing her in them until days later Heimerdinger's team found her in trapped in them. After a few tests it seemed that the hexplosives Ziggs used caused a reaction with the arcane crystals and gave them a magnetic charge only triggered magic and samples were sent to Jayce Techmaturgics for further examinations. But Crystal found herself angered at how they both just left her in the mines and never came back. She wanted revenge. So she searched in everyway and form to track both them down until she learned about the League of Legends and she wanted to pay them a vist.
Ablilitys Passive: I'd like to say AP turns into attack speed but it seems bland. Q: A skill shot that will let herself dash to a wall or enemy unit dealing magic damage. Q+W: This skill shot will now pierce targets. If she hits an enemy unit and then a wall or another unit it will bring them to that unit and stun them. W: activating this will grant attack speed and bonus magic damage that increases by a percentage each hit for 5 seconds. Activating Q or E in that 5 seconds will also add a bonus affect depending on the second cast. E: She knocks a unit in the direction she's facing. This is an on click ability. E+W: She punches a target knocking them in the direction she's facing. If this target moves it creates a slow for that target only. If that target hits a wall it stuns them. R: If she receives magic damage of any kind in a period of time after being activated her crystals start reacting slowing all enemies down in a area and if they remain in there they'll get drawn in and eventally stunned. This deals a a small amount of magic damage each stage, if no enemy champions die after 15 seconds of it being activated she dies. This can also be activated when dead to knock up all near but enemies and increasing your attack speed and magic damage slowly each second getting stronger if you do not kill any enemy champions or get an assist 10 seconds after being activated you die.
