Hide and Seek 2.0

Hello there. Here are the rules for my edition of Hide and Seek, a W.I.P. This should fit in with the latest patch in Live League of Legends. This is a 3v3 Gamemode on Summoner's Rift with Draft Pick. If you need the blacklist for any trolls, or for me to add a troll, submit a request for a ban in the comments and a username will be added as long as you have a screenshot and their name.

BANNED SUMMONER SPELLS: -TELEPORT -EXHAUST (Banned for hiders only)

IMPORTANT RULES:

• The first 10 minutes of the game are spent farming in the jungle. (Farming phase.)
• You cannot go into the enemy jungle during the farming phase.
• You cannot push lanes at any part of the game unless minions push into the inhibitor.
• When the 10 minute mark hits, everyone recalls IMMEDIATELY.
• Hiding phase starts once all hiders leave the fountain.
• Hiders must leave the base at: 10:30
• Seekers can only leave base at 11:30
• Hiders are allowed to CS in the jungle during the hiding phase, but can only farm up to level 13.
• All potions are allowed.

SPECIFIC RULES Both: Thornmail and Guardian's Angel are banned. When Hiders break rules, Seekers gain 5 more minutes to the game. You can NEVER go in lane! Only go through the jungle and river. Don't cross lanes and etc. Don't camp under turrets. Hiders: Can't buy wards Can't recall EVER 5 lives Can only buy items when dead. Only 2 hiders a bush. You can win the game if you say /all "Hiding trick!" and sit in a bush without being seen for 13 minutes. You may only use CC abilities. (SILENCE, BLIND, SLOW, STUN, ROOT, THROW, CAGE, FEAR, TAUNT, GRAB, MOBILITY, SHIELDING or HEALING) Skills for vision are not allowed at all. Only 2 people a bush! Seekers: Seekers can only have 2 slowing items. Unlimited wards. Can recall whenever you want, but you must recall at 350 hp. Always give recently respawned hiders grace of 30 seconds.

Unfortunately, some champions are just too overpowered for Hide and Seek.
