Water or Fire Themed Vladimir Skin?

With his recent update on the PBE, are there any chances we will see any new Vladimir skins soon? When it comes to skins, most of his are lackluster, the exceptions being his legendary which has a few new FX and Soulstealer which is good, but I still feel he has a lot of unused potential.

One possible direction would be a water-themed skin, Atlantean Vladimir, perhaps? His blood effects could be changed to water, and his E and R could have a water themed "Splash" sound when they "pop." Vlad could have slight sea creature aspects to his appearance, such as his ears, eyes, and teeth (Sort of like Nami's base skin.)

There is also the potential of a Fire themed skin. Although it doesn't sound as good as a water one, I think it would look great as well as he could have the demon voice filter that Vi got. Infernal Vladimir? He could have long demon horns and his blood effects could be replaced with fire. The "Pop" on his E and R could be a sizzle or something similar.

I think Vlad has a lot of potential for skins that have not been explored yet. I personally own both Blood Lord and Soulstealer but I wouldn't hesitate at all to buy a skin like either of these.
