Now that Mordekaiser is a Juggernaut, can he get a size increase?

He's supposed to be huge, but he still looks tiny compared to other champions. If his size were increased to Sion level (or close) it would look better and I feel it could be more balanced. Bigger target isn't always a bad thing; If Morde is a juggernaut why can't he be big like one?
