Arrabon Champion Concept

I got a new champ concept for Riot.The champ is from the Freljord and his name can be Arrabon,The Awakened or Arrabon,The Awakened king of the Freljord.He can be an AP or AD tanky fighter who is good in top and mid lane. ENEMY: ALLY:

SHORT LORE: Arrabon was once a mortal Freljordian king that fought against Mt.Targon and The Shadow isles before the rune wars,before the loss of shurima Lissandra,Avarossa and Syrilda the three sisters were Daughters to Arrabon.One day the sisters went to the highest peak in the freljord to proove that a dark legend is true.After they went on the peak Lissandra became an immortal witch that put the freljord in chaos and betrayed Arrabon. After a 1000 years of sleep in the dark ice he went into the League of legends to proove that he is the Freljordian king,kill lissandra and find his 2 daughters. AD ITEMS: AP ITEMS:

Q- can be like lissandra's but longer does 70 damage at lvl 1 W-throws his blade in a circle,slowing and does 80 damage E-Stuns(freezes all enemies in a circle) R-Arrabon charges his blade and at full charge does 300 damage RIOT PLS MAKE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
