Wukong. As a main and as a player.

MonkeyKing As a Wukong main and getting to play hundreds of games with him, I have only one complaint. His passive. His passive is super useless if you ask me, so I have some new passive ideas.

  1. A passive similar to old Irelia passive. Wukong would gain tenacity after he reaches a certain threshold. For example: When Wukong is under 20-25% health, he would gain 10-20% tenacity based on level. (This would serve a similar function to his old passive but it is much more viable and has better use overall)

  2. A crazy passive would be similar to duskblade item 3147 , Example: When wukong is no seen for more than 1.5-2 seconds, he gains bonus armor, MR and a little bit of AD.

  3. Wukong gains a little mana and movement speed when not seen for more than 1.5-2 seconds and when he is not seen for more than 5 seconds, reduce cooldown for his W. Or if he is in a bush for 5 seconds, he gains some cooldown reduction for his W. (Being in a bush ties in to Wukongs lore just a little bit, not sure if this is a good idea or not)

  4. Side note, a cool w passive idea: Whenever Wukong's W damages an enemy champion, it marks them. And if wukong breaks the mark (by damage) his w cooldown is reduced.

These are just some random thoughts and ideas. :)

The problem with Wukong in his current (and previous state) is that he's not played as a fighter anymore. Most people will just go jungle with Warrior and Duskblade and play him as an assassin to one shot people. The nerfs obviously hit that hard but he's never been that representative of a fighter to me.

He needs more fleshed out abilities rather than getting free bonus stats. I don't think giving him stats for staying unseen would be healthy and I really wouldn't like to see him get free tenacity.
