skin idea: Ghettoplank

Gangplank has always been a gangster just of the seas. From his pistol to his cannon barrage his whole kit screams like it needs another representation of his gangsterisms.

I pictured and the few ive spoken to agree that if this became a skin it would need to cover some things.

his weapons should be an Uzi/shank seems right to me.

Any artists willing to tackle this please do! i feel it would be a fun and entertaining piece of work and maybe even a good skin in the future.

spells: passive - same Q - should look more like an uzi or at least more chromed out. he would shoot normally but on crits he would cant his pistol sideways and shoot. w - i figured something with teemos shrooms, eats em and says something funny in regards to teemo e - barrels turn in Molotov cocktails r - his ultimate would be a bit tricky, to put it simply he does rather the samething animation wise but would at a |bruh bruh bruh" or have it be a "drive-by" if possible
