Sorting Champions in Champion Select

Why is there no sorting mechanism? I want to see all my options for a particular role than have to consciously recall which I want to play or sift through all my other champions that don't fit that role.

Sort them alphabetically or by typical lane or role? Or make a custom sort, similar to custom item menus for certain champions.

Well, you can seach by role. Like ADCs can just type "Marksman" and all the ADCs come up. Same for all the other roles of course.

It'd be nice to have tabs in champ select for a pool of champions that you can customize and save, kind of like runes and masteries.

You just have to type the role and all the champions of that category come up lol. Like assassin, marksman etc....
