We need a heartseeker urgot legendary skin. His Q will be shooting hearts, his E is a love potion and in his ultimate he walks to the enemy champion and gives him a hug, then carries the champion to his previous position and then walks where the enemy previously was.
The ult animation would be to long for its actual channel, maybe do something more along the lines of his actual animation ( Urgot shoots a heart to the enemy champions, then it does like its normal animation, but with hearts for the "swapping part" ) Other than that, not a bad concept
