The Nightmare Before Christmas Skins (5 total)
I had an epiphany this morning about a Tahm Kench skin, but I had to continue it and extrapolate further. "Well you can't have just one themed skin..." So, here we go :)
Alas I don't have pictures. But I'm sure you clicked on this knowing of the characters I'm referring to :P
Oogie Boogie Tahm Kench has many similarities to Oogie Boogie, although a catfish crossroads-demon needs a little bit of a logic jump to reach a Halloween sack-of-bugs, in terms of appearance. Both characters are rather...round (lol), have voracious appetites, are associated with vices (Oogie's a gambler), and they both are "blessed with the gift of gab," being veritable word-smiths.
My problem with this is in transplanting the feel of Oogie Boogie onto Tahm Kench's moveset, namely his Q "Tongue Lash". I don't even think Oogie has a tongue lol :/
Jack Skellington Fiddlesticks is a character already associated with fear, while also being tall, lanky, and long-legged; just like Jack. Instead of crows, Skeleton Fiddlesticks would have ghosts instead (like Zero :D). This might be a little too on the nose...
Lock, Shock, and Barrel In case you cannot remember, Lock, Shock and Barrel are the three mischievous children who serve Oogie Boogie; in the movie, Jack asks for their assistance in kidnapping Santa. While League of Legends lacks enough children characters to fulfill each of the three roles (just Annie, and Amumu), what they're not lacking in are Yordles! Especially Yordles who aren't exactly....sane.
This idea of including the three kids came specifically from Shock. Shock, if you recall, is the red kid who wears the devil costume...and now you see where I'm going with this haha ;) I'm referring of course to Satan-Yordle himself, Teemo. But I couldn't leave it with just one of the three children; they are associated as a group, after all. So I also included Lock (the witch-girl) and Barrel (the paler one with the skeleton costume).
Lock is a natural fit for Lulu, but she already has a witch skin, so I wondered if perhaps Wicked Lulu would just jump ship to Team Nightmare (like Wild Card TF did with the Royal set). Lazy, maybe, but the greater misstep would be to make a Lock-Lulu that would look too similar to Wicked Lulu, and charge for what is essentially the same skin.
And that left Barrel, which I almost connected to Heimerdinger (candy corn turrets!), but he doesn't fit the personality of the children. So instead, it would be Ziggs, with candy corn mines and hard candy bombs haha.
The three of them - Teemo, Ziggs and Lulu - are all pretty mischievous in their own right, and would line up pretty well with the children of The Nightmare Before Christmas.
