A *Real* Legendary Skin for Heimer
Personally, I love Heimerdinger, and I believe a "Sportscaster Heim" would be epic and fit right in with Forecast Janna and Primetime Draven.
- The turrets could become baseball pitching machines, firing regular balls for regular shots and fast shots for the lasers (maybe even with a "fire" effect from the "speed").
- The missiles can be turned into golf balls, and Heimer can even shout "Four!" when he fires 'em.
- The grenade can be turned into a basketball, and Heimer can say "Two points!" when throwing it close or "Three point shot!" when he throws it far away.
- When he pulls up his ultimate, he can say "Here's the game-changing play!" or (as a nod towards Heimer fans) "The Donger is raised!"
The only argument I can see people making against this skin is that his Alien Invader skin is "technically" legendary tier (even though there's nothing actually special about it), so he'd already have one. But really, is it truly one at a "legendary" level when it comes to quality? No, not at all. It doesn't have any new/unique lines (a sorely missed oppurtunity), animations, or particles. The only difference is the model for Heimer and his turrets, and all of his skins (even the 520 RP one) have unique models in that case. It's just as detailed as his other skins, and doesn't exactly add anything. Hell, even his recall is exactly the same as his other skins (except for Hazmat, which is unique). (The same can be said for Wonderland Annie, another relatively fake legendary skin.)
