I don't play ranked, but for me, this is about accountability. You can't sweep something like this under the rug, you need to address it directly.
And now today they have said they won't give us Solo Q:

They said that long ago, and more recently they said they maybe won't give it back.

Dynamic Que makes the world go round and round, right baby! RIGHT ROUND!
In my personal opinion, with supports being only 3% of the current population of people that Que up...and the vast majority that Que as a support find themselves in a world of hurt because of the simple fact that they MUST QUE UP as a Support of Fill.
Being a support this season is toxic as fucking hell, and I refused to bother with ranked until Supports can literally stand on their own two feet and HELP CARRY their adc...but then again...people are also greedy for CS and Farm...leaving their supports to literally climb slow as fuck...then whine when their support aides them...like an example here would be 
popping off her E to silence the foe...and the idiot just stands there and DIES!...your ADC get's soo mad it's bullshit.
Ive said it in another thread and I will say it here... Premade's should get the Dynamic Que. Solo's should get their standard Que.
Complicated? No. Toggle for Dynamic and Solo. How difficult is that to bring to the light? About 30 lines of simple code...

They aren't forgetting, they are quitting and playing less and less. Riot isn't dwindling, but they stopped growing since the end of last season.
The worst part for me is that in OCE, we don't even have normal draft. If NA and EUW ever do get Solo Queue, I'll never get to see it.
To be honest why can't they just keep both Queues, I mean before we had Teams and solo/duo, tho I'm sure teams wasn't as popular as solo, it actually was pretty balanced once you actually get ranked, I mean my team lost against a team of bronze(soloQ rank) and we had 2 golds 2 silvers 1 bronze, we can pretty much replace ranked teams into dynamic ranked, if people wants to ranked with friends, they have a separate ranked for that, and solo and duo has your normal rank
People change their mind all the time, this is why most companies never say anything other than when it's completely 100% set in stone that it will happen.
